Refund policy
Séoul Lift has a 7-day return policy. This means you have 7 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.
To qualify for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. You will also need proof of purchase or your order confirmation.

Returns must be approved before any item is sent back to us. Items returned without first contacting Séoul Lift will not be accepted.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty, damaged on arrival, unsafe, or incorrectly supplied.
Hygiene & Beauty Products
For health and hygiene reasons, Séoul Lift does not accept returns on opened or used beauty, skincare, facial, massage, or skin-contact products unless the item is defective, damaged on arrival, unsafe, or incorrectly supplied.
This includes opened creams, lotions, skincare products, used beauty tools or devices, used facial, neck or body massage devices, products with broken hygiene seals, or items showing skin residue, marks, scratches, dirt, or signs of use.
Gift cards are non-refundable.
Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If your item is faulty, damaged, unsafe, or not what you ordered, please contact us as soon as possible so we can review the issue.
Email hello@seoullift.co.za with your order number, a short description of the problem, clear photos or a short video of the issue, and photos of the packaging if the item arrived damaged.
We will assess the matter and assist where reasonably possible.
Exchanges
The fastest way to exchange an item is to request a return first. Once the return has been approved, you may place a new order for the item you would like instead.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will let you know whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within approximately 10 business days. Please note that your bank or payment provider may take additional time to process and reflect the refund.
