At Séoul Lift, we are committed to delivering your order safely and as quickly as possible.
Shipping Provider
Séoul Lift uses Aramex Store to Door for deliveries.
Once your order has been handed over to the courier, delivery times are outside of our direct control. Where available, you will receive a tracking or waybill number so you can follow your delivery.
Processing & Delivery Times
Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days before dispatch.
Estimated delivery time is approximately 8–11 business days from the date your order is confirmed and dispatched.
Business days exclude weekends and public holidays.
Please note that delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Orders placed during promotions, holidays, public holidays or periods of high demand may take longer to process or deliver.

Séoul Lift is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries or additional costs caused by incorrect, incomplete or outdated delivery information provided by the customer.
Delivery Delays
While we do our best to deliver within the estimated timeframe, Séoul Lift cannot guarantee exact delivery dates.
Delays may occur due to courier delays, weather conditions, public holidays, strikes, remote delivery areas, high order volumes, incorrect delivery information, or events beyond our reasonable control.
Séoul Lift will not be liable for any loss, inconvenience, damages or delays caused by circumstances outside of our control.
Lost, Stolen or Damaged Parcels
Once an order has been marked as delivered by the courier to the address provided, Séoul Lift is not responsible for theft, loss or damage that occurs thereafter.
If your parcel arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include your order number, photos of the parcel, photos of the damaged item, and a short description of the issue.
We will review the matter and assist where reasonably possible.
Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery
Customers are responsible for providing a correct and complete delivery address.
If a parcel is returned to Séoul Lift because the address was incorrect, delivery was refused, the parcel was not collected, or the customer was unreachable, an additional shipping fee may be required before the parcel is resent.
Shipping Fees
Shipping fees are displayed at checkout before payment is completed.
Séoul Lift reserves the right to update shipping fees at any time.
